Getting Started

What is MeetXpert?

MeetXpert is a global platform where professionals offer paid 1-on-1 video consultations to seekers looking for expert guidance in Artificial Intelligence, Research, Career Strategy, and other cutting-edge domains.

How do I become an expert on MeetXpert?

  1. Create an account.
  2. Choose “Join as an Expert.”
  3. Complete your profile with:
    • A short bio and your areas of expertise.
    • The services you offer.
    • Your availability.
    • Your pricing and your payment link.

Once submitted, your profile will be reviewed. If approved, you’ll be listed and discoverable by seekers.

Managing Your Profile & Sessions

How do seekers find me?

Seekers search and filter by domain, availability, pricing, and more. A clear profile with a compelling bio and professional photo helps you stand out.

Can I set my own rates?

Yes — you fully control your pricing. You can offer multiple services at different price points to match various needs.

How do I get paid?

Currently, MeetXpert does not process payments directly. After a seeker books a session, you share your own payment link (e.g., UPI, PayPal, Razorpay). The seeker pays you directly.

⚠️ Always confirm payment before delivering the session.

How are sessions conducted?

Each confirmed booking generates a private video link accessible to both you and the seeker. At the scheduled time, click the link — no extra software needed.

Session Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel a session?

Yes — you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We recommend informing seekers promptly to maintain trust.

Can I reschedule a session?

Not yet. If needed, the seeker can cancel and book a new time slot.

What happens if a seeker doesn’t show up?

There is no built-in no-show policy yet. You can decide how to handle it — for example, you may choose to reschedule privately or wait for future platform updates.

Is my data safe?

Yes — MeetXpert uses modern standards for security, authentication, and privacy. Your information is never shared or sold.

How can I report issues or misconduct?
