Welcome to the MeetXpert Help Center for Seekers — here you’ll find answers to common questions about how to book, manage, and attend your expert sessions.


What is MeetXpert?

MeetXpert is a platform that helps you book 1:1 video sessions with real professionals in AI, tech, product, wellness, and more — for guidance, mentoring, or project support.


How do I book a session?

  1. Browse services offered by experts.
  2. Choose your preferred slot from their availability.
  3. Proceed to payment.
  4. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation and the session link.

Do I need to pay to book a session?

Yes, experts set their own prices. Payment is required to confirm your booking. (Note: Payment integration is coming soon.)


How do I join the session?

After booking, you'll get a Join Call link on your Booking Details page. You can join the session directly from there when the time comes.


Can I reschedule a session?

Rescheduling is not available yet. Please contact support if you booked a wrong slot. We’re working on adding this soon.


Can I cancel a session?

Session cancellation is currently not implemented. In the future, you'll be able to cancel within a time window.


What happens if I miss my session?

If you miss your session without notice, it may be marked as completed and non-refundable. We're working on flexible policies.


Will I get reminders?

Currently, email reminders are not implemented. Please check your Booking Details page to view upcoming sessions. Notification support is coming soon.


Is my data safe?

Yes, we use secure systems to protect your booking information. No personal data is shared with third parties.


What if the expert doesn't show up?

If your expert is absent, please report the issue via the session page. We'll investigate and assist with refunds or rescheduling.
