Welcome to MeetXpert — a global platform connecting experts with seekers through scheduled online sessions. By using the platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

This platform is currently operated as a prototype/minimum viable product (MVP) for demonstration and pilot use only. MeetXpert does not make any claims of legal entity status or commercial operation at this time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetXpert, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the MeetXpert website, services, and tools.
• "Expert" refers to users offering services or sessions.
• "Seeker" refers to users who book and attend sessions.
• "Session" refers to a scheduled, time-bound interaction between an expert and a seeker.

3. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Session Bookings

Seekers may browse and book sessions offered by experts. All bookings are subject to expert availability and confirmation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Seekers may cancel or reschedule a session according to the cancellation window defined by the expert.
• Experts may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Seekers will be notified accordingly.
• MeetXpert is not responsible for reschedules, no-shows, or missed sessions.

5. Payments

MeetXpert currently does not process or facilitate payments between seekers and experts. Experts may share their personal payment links directly with seekers. Seekers are responsible for verifying the payment method and making the payment as per the expert’s instructions.

• MeetXpert disclaims any responsibility for the security or reliability of payments facilitated outside the platform.
• Any payment-related disputes are to be resolved directly between the expert and the seeker.

6. User Conduct

All users agree to:

• Use MeetXpert in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner.
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, impersonation, or fraudulent behavior.
• Not use the platform to distribute unsolicited or harmful content.

MeetXpert reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the community.

7. Platform Role & Disclaimer

MeetXpert is a neutral facilitator that enables scheduling and session management. It does not endorse, control, or verify the expertise, qualifications, or identity of users.

Experts act independently and are not employees, representatives, or agents of MeetXpert.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The platform and its services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That sessions will occur as scheduled.
• The quality, accuracy, or results of expert services.

You use MeetXpert entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetXpert shall not be liable for:

• Any damages, losses, or claims arising from interactions between users.
• Payment issues, scams, or fraudulent behavior between parties.
• Platform downtime, bugs, or data loss.

In any event, MeetXpert’s total liability is limited to providing access to the platform without guarantee or compensation.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and may notify users through the platform. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where MeetXpert operates or is registered in the future. Until such registration, users agree to resolve any disputes amicably and acknowledge that MeetXpert operates as a neutral facilitator without legal responsibility for user-to-user interactions.
